Estherville, Iowa native, Ricca Watt, is joining the Art’s Way team as our Controller! Ricca obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Nebraska Omaha and now has over 15 years of accounting, finance, business operations, and consulting experience. She is making the jump to Art’s Way after owning her own accounting & consulting business for the last 5 years.
Ricca is excited to be able to collaborate with the many different departments in manufacturing, while applying her skills & experience to a new environment. Outside of work, she spends her time with her three busy children, golfing, and staying active within the Estherville community.
She brings great skills & energy to our team, and we are so excited to have her at Art’s Way!
