New Faces at Art’s Way Mfg!

We would like to introduce you to some new faces on the Art’s Way team. We are excited to have Travis Hawkins (left) and Matt Dinesen (right) on board with us.

Travis is our new Customer Success Manager.  He will be taking over the customer service department and shipping. He will be helping with phones calls, warranty, returns and shipping.  Travis graduated college with a Degree in Business Administration. He has been in the manufacturing world for 19 years and has held several different roles from Manufacturing manager, master scheduler, customer service, production supervisor.

Matt is our new Equipment Support Technician. He will be assisting with phone calls, issues pertaining to problems and solution on all our equipment as well as field calls when needed.  Matt attended Minnesota West Community and Technical college and received AAS degrees in Robotics and in Fluid Power. He has been a Manufacturing Engineer test cell designer for 5 years, developing End of line, complete assembly, and individual component test cells. Then went on to be a mechanic for 5 years at a dealership working on various Ag tractors, sprayers, combines, and construction equipment.
