Design engineers have improved the harvesting head of the Art’s Way 6812CV Sugar Beet Harvester. The updated 6812CV head features a taller opening in the front for a better view from the cab. This means easier maintenance access and less dirt buildup on the sides. Improvements made to the paddle shaft chain tensioning system allows for quicker and easier adjustments during harvest. The combination of these updates decreases downtime for operators, so you spend less time fixing and more time harvesting.

The 6812CV features a taller, re-engineered front opening that gives operators a clearer view from the cab, helping you spot issues before they cost you. The ClearView design also shrugs off mud and debris like a champ, keeping things moving so you’re stopping less and harvesting more.

Easier maintenance access

The 6812CV lives up to its ClearView name by giving operators direct access to critical maintenance points. Components are easier to reach, reducing the time and gymnastics usually required to keep things running. We’ve also improved access to the belt tensioning system, making adjustments quicker and less of a chore.

BEST CLEANING ON THE MARKET

The Art’s Way 6812CV Sugar Beet Harvester provides several stages for superior cleaning, including conveyor rolls, a 60 in. frameless transfer chain bed, 4 pairs of 10 ft. parallel grab rolls, and a ferris wheel elevator with an easy-adjust retainer for different beet sizes, all without complex valves or control boxes. Its modular design allows you to customize lifting heads and ferris wheel configurations, choosing either 8-row with 22–30 in. spacing or 12-row, 22 in. spacing setups, offering unmatched capacity, flexibility, and overall harvesting performance.

ADAPTIVE LEVELING TECHNOLOGY

The ALT system from Art’s Way allows for adaptive digging across your field. Featuring a hydraulically operated axle and sonar sensing, you are able to monitor and adjust digging depth across your field from inside your cab. Our harvester is built for exceptional crop retention and a smooth, consistent flow. Hinged barriers in the harvesting head guide sugar beets onto the rollers while preventing rollback, keeping more crop where it belongs. A single wide conveyor chain moves more beets into the second set of rollers while minimizing areas where dirt and debris can collect. Together, these design elements maintain a cleaner harvesting head and support higher capacity throughout the machine.
